If you know a company that's hiring engineers, technical leaders or AI specialists, and could use a search partner who genuinely understands the stack, introduce them to us. When they become a client and we successfully place their first hire, we'll thank you properly.

Twelve months to land
Your referral stays live for a full year. If the company becomes a client and we place their first hire any time within those twelve months, the reward is yours.

How it works

We've made this deliberately simple. A good referral takes a minute; we do the rest.

You introduce the company
Use the form below, or simply forward us a company name and the right person to talk to (a CTO, Head of Talent or hiring manager). A sentence on what they're hiring for is plenty.

We make the approach
We reach out professionally and reference the warm introduction, so the conversation starts from a place of trust. You tell us how you'd like to be mentioned, and we stick to it. If they're not actively hiring today, we stay in touch and the referral stays live.

We win their business and place a hire
Once the company engages us and we successfully place their first hire, you've earned the referral. The clock starts ticking on the candidate's twelve-week probation.

We pay you properly
Once the candidate clears probation, we contact you to confirm bank details (or your chosen charity) and the reward is paid within ten working days. No invoices, no chasing.

The fine print
Programme terms.
Short, plain English. No surprises.
Who can refer
Anyone outside Endeavour Tech may make a referral, with one exception: companies already in conversation with us (or with whom we have an existing relationship) at the time of your referral are not eligible. We'll let you know straight away if that's the case, so you can refer another company.
When the reward is paid
The reward becomes payable once the company you introduced has engaged Endeavour Tech on a fee-bearing search, and we have successfully placed a candidate with them who has completed a continuous twelve-week probation period. If no placement is made, or if the placed candidate leaves before the end of the twelve weeks, the reward is not payable.
One reward per company
If the same company is referred by more than one person, the reward is paid to whoever introduced them to us first.
Charity option
The charity must be registered in the United Kingdom and we reserve the right to decline any organisation that is not a registered charity in good standing. The donation is made in your name, with a copy of the receipt forwarded to you.
How long a referral stays live
A referral remains live for twelve months from the date you submit it. If the company becomes a fee-bearing client within that window, the reward applies. After twelve months we may continue to approach the company on our own account, but no referral reward is payable.

Please only refer companies you have reason to believe would welcome a discreet, professional approach. We won't reach out in a way that compromises your relationship with them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Changes
We may update the reward amounts or these terms from time to time. Any changes apply only to referrals submitted after the change is published. Your live referrals are governed by the terms in effect when you submitted them.
Tax
Referral rewards are paid gross. Any tax owed on the payment is your own responsibility.
