Endeavour Tech ("Endeavour", "we", "us") is a recruitment business registered in England and Wales (company number 15875143), with its registered office at 17 Farnham Close, Kent, ME8 8NT and its principal correspondence office at 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. This policy explains what personal data we hold, why, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
For candidates we hold name, contact details, employment history, salary information, right-to-work documentation, and anything you choose to share with us in the course of a search. For clients we hold the contact details of the individuals we work with and the details of the assignments we run on your behalf. We collect data directly from you, from sources you have made public (e.g. LinkedIn), or, where appropriate, from references you have nominated.
How we use it
We use personal data to perform recruitment services: understanding a brief, identifying suitable candidates, making introductions with consent, managing offers, and maintaining the long-term relationships that specialist recruitment depends on. We do not sell data, and we do not share a candidate's details with a client without that candidate's explicit consent.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests (the proper conduct of a recruitment practice) and, where appropriate, your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Retention
We retain personal data for as long as it is useful to the working relationship and review our records periodically. You may ask us to delete your records at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to request its deletion, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@endeavoureu.com.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data you may complain to us directly, or to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
