We are a London-based specialist recruitment firm working exclusively across technical and AI hiring. Our work is structured around a simple belief: deep specialism produces better outcomes than broad reach.

Endeavour Tech was founded to bring genuine technical credibility to recruitment. Too many agencies still treat engineering roles like any other vacancy. Keyword-matching CVs, pitching candidates blind and quietly hoping the interview works out. The result is failed hires, wasted quarters and frustrated engineering leaders.

We work differently. Every consultant at Endeavour focuses on a defined technical market (FinTech, Payments, AI, SaaS or Infrastructure) and stays in it long enough to genuinely understand it. Stack choices, compensation norms, competitor org structures, who's hiring, who's leaving, who's worth meeting. That depth is what turns a brief into the right shortlist.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a proper briefing. Not a job spec handed over by email, but a conversation with the hiring manager about what the team actually needs. We calibrate against the market, map the companies and people we want to approach and run searches that are deliberate rather than mass-broadcast.

We brief candidates carefully, write proper technical summaries, manage offers and counter-offers and stay close through the first ninety days. We measure ourselves on placements that last, not placements made.

Where we work

We are based in London and run searches across the UK, Europe and the United States. Most of our clients are scale-ups and growth-stage technology companies; some are listed groups; a few are early-stage and brought us in to build out a founding engineering team.
