How we work
- Honesty. We tell clients what we genuinely think about a brief, even when it is not what they want to hear.
- Confidentiality. Every conversation we hold is private and stays that way. We do not circulate a candidate's name without their explicit consent.
- Specialism over scale. We work only on roles where we have genuine expertise; we decline mandates that fall outside it.
- Long-term relationships. A placement is the start of a relationship, not the end of an assignment.
Industry standards
We operate in line with the Code of Professional Practice of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), and our processes for right-to-work, data handling and candidate care reflect those standards.
Environment & community
As a small, predominantly remote-first business our direct environmental footprint is modest. We choose suppliers who share our values where the choice is available, and we contribute pro-bono advice to early-stage founders building in our specialist sectors.
