Complaints Procedure

We take complaints seriously. If something has gone wrong - a delay, a miscommunication, an introduction that should not have been made - we want to hear about it directly, and we want to put it right.

How to raise a complaint

Write to the Director at info@endeavoureu.com with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days, and respond substantively within ten working days, or sooner where practicable.

If you remain dissatisfied

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) or, for data-related matters, to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Record-keeping

We keep a confidential log of complaints, the actions taken, and any process changes that resulted. This log is reviewed periodically as part of our quality controls.
